Easy Ice Cream Pudding Recipe

This is probably the easiest ice cream pudding in the world! A very delicious frozen dessert that reminds you of childhood. Do you want to learn how to do it? Ingredients to Make Easy Ice Cream Pudding:

 170 grams of chocolate bars

 2 cartons of cream

 1 can of condensed milk

 200 milliliters of milk

 2 units of egg yolk

 vanilla essence august

How to Make Easy Ice Cream Pudding:

The first of the ice cream pudding is to make the ganache. To do this, break the chocolate into pieces, melt it in the microwave or in a bain-marie and mix it with half a box of cream. Grease a cake pan with a hole, spread the ganache all over it and set it aside in the freezer.

Then prepare the pudding: heat a pan with the remaining ingredients and keep stirring until it thickens like a brigadeiro. Turn off, add the cream and let it cool down to room temperature.

Tip: Sift the yolks to eliminate the egg smell.

Remove the pan from the freezer and place the pudding cream in it. Take it back to the freezer, this time for 4 hours, to freeze well.

To serve the pudding, heat the pan directly on the hob on the stove or in a large bowl of hot water. When you feel that the ganache has melted and the pudding has come off, remove and unmold in a deep dish.
